If the issue is referring to receiving errors when accessing their MPP accounts, then we have resolved that issue. If they have other issues with the MPP accounts please direct them to contact support so that we can assist. Please let them know to contact us.

Dear BGS family,
Please be advised that we have been in communication with the MPP payment system. They continue to have technical difficulties with setting up our account. The last correspondence we had with them at 11:00 am, this morning, was that they expect to have the issues resolved by the end of the day tomorrow, August 17, 2021. When we have confirmed that the issues are resolved, we will send an email to everyone.
Until this is resolved, you may send cash or checks payable to Quickway.
**If you are not receiving emails from "Solana" please email us at email@example.com, so that you receive correspondence from the Cafeteria. Thank you for your continued patience as we get these matters resolved.
Quickway BGS Cafeteria
Our cafeteria is transitioning to a new management system by Quickway. Please do not add any more funds to your MY SCHOOL ACCOUNT. If your child currently has a positive balance in MY SCHOOL ACCOUNT, you can rest assured that the balance will be transferred to your child’s account in the new system.
More information about food choices, payment options, etc. will soon be provided to parents by Quickway.
Quickway uses a parent-friendly software program with a smartphone APP which allows 24-hour access for total account activity. Online payments, including optional automatic payments, are also integral.
