We will once again allow parents to select what concession/gate shift they work for the upcoming year if they select a shift prior to June 20th. After June 20th, any remaining shifts will be assigned to parents that did not sign up.
Please remember that EACH parent/guardian in a family is required to work one shift per year. You may sign up to work the same shift or two different shifts, but you must select the appropriate number of volunteers if you will be working the same shift. (If you are paying someone to work your shift, they must be at least 18 years old. There is a Facebook group that parents created to find someone to work your shift if needed, but this group is not an official BG group.)
There will be a different sign-up list for each sport, so feel free to choose the sport that works best for your schedule. (The links will be listed below) Remember that you probably don't want to select a shift where your child will be playing or performing as we will not be able to find coverage for you to watch during your assigned time.
Please email ellenburford@bgsbucs.org if you have any issues signing up prior to June 20th. If you have any shift issues after June 20th, you will need to contact Lorrie Cothern in the main office.
***PLEASE NOTE*** The ending shift does not list an end time. Those shifts last until a certain point in the game, and you will be informed of that based on the game.
**You are responsible for the shift that you volunteer or are assigned. If you are unable to work your shift, it is your responsibility to find someone to cover the shift. There will be a $300 no-show fee.
**If a game is rescheduled due to weather or other reasons, you are required to work on the newly assigned date.
**If a game is canceled for any reason, the school will contact you as needed for another shift.
