🚗 Important Car Line Updates for the 2026-2027 School Year

Please take a few minutes to review our new morning car line procedures before the first day of school. We have made several changes designed to improve traffic flow and, most importantly, keep our students safe. 

🚨 ALL TRAFFIC WILL EXIT VIA BUCCANEER WAY THIS YEAR. ONLY SCHOOL BUSES WILL EXIT VIA VARNADO STREET. 🚨

A few additional reminders for morning drop-off:

• PK4 families should use the right lane to drop off at the back of the new building.
• All other morning drop-offs should use the left lane.
• Please be patient as everyone adjusts to the new traffic pattern. Student safety remains our top priority. 

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we begin the new school year. By working together and following the new procedures, we can help make morning drop-off safe and efficient for everyone.

This year, all students from PK3 through 12th grade will dismiss at the same time, so we ask for your patience, especially during the first couple of weeks as everyone adjusts to our new afternoon traffic pattern.

A few important reminders:

• Cars must remain in the staging area until directed by a traffic director.
• Please do not turn from Main Street or Lee Street to cut into the car line.
• Kindergarten students will be picked up in the green line.
• PK3 and PK4 students will be picked up in the red line.
• If you need extra time to buckle your child safely, please pull into the designated parking area before leaving. 

The good news is that when everyone follows the procedures, afternoon car line takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through the first few weeks. By following the new guidelines, we can keep dismissal safe, smooth, and efficient for everyone.
